Open since 1996, located in the historic heart of Beaune, Ma Cuisine was the first wine bistro in France to offer a wine list of more than 20,000 bottles, with classic hearty French food. Praised by Robert Parker in his top 10 Wine Advocate, Ma Cuisine has become a reference among wine lovers all around the world.
Showcasing the most famous wine makers alongside with the new generations of Burgundy, the other regions are also represented, from Jura to Rhone valley, Bordeaux or Languedoc, Loire valley and Alsace.
With a shared passion, dynamism and love for wine, it was only natural that Anthony and Mathieu would collaborate to build a space that embodies their bold convictions and wine beliefs. With their brand new vision, Anthony and Mathieu work closely together to develop Ma Cuisine’s unique programme, with cellars housing over 3,000 bottles, one of the most extensive offerings in Singapore. Each bottling is purposefully selected, guided by the simple belief of introducing genuine, high quality wines to Ma Cuisine guests for their enjoyment.
The wine menu draws on Anthony’s and Mathieu’s deep and personal histories, established relationships and growing connections with winemakers from all over the world. Anthony and Mathieu seek to deliver a non-traditional drinking experience to a new generation of wine lovers.

In 2017, The sister gastro wine bar opened in Singapore, and got awarded one Michelin star after only 6 months opening.
